Located in Midlothian, Virginia, Magical Memories Productions offers various services including videography, photo montages and funeral tribute videos. We have many years of experience in the video field. While our videography services are limited to Virginia and North Carolina's Outer Banks, our other services are available nationwide.

All of our projects are handled on a one on one basis. This provides a "personal touch" when it comes to customer service & quality control and also gives each project a unique look and feel. Special needs and requests are handled with the utmost imortance. After all, it is your vision that we are creating.

What sets Magical Memories Productions apart from other video production services is our attention to detail and the personal touch given to each and every project. Unlike the presentations from other companies, we do not use preset templates, layouts or other "cookie cutter" methods. Every fade, every movement, every transition, every picture of each photo montage is produced and carefully edited just like it were a film or movie production. Tape to DVD conversions are meticulously adjusted to give the best possible image from the source video.

How do we manage this? It's simple. We are not a large company with an "assembly line" process of churning out project after project. We are a married couple with three young children that enjoys the art video production and is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.

As such, none of this will be shared with any third party without your permission.

We strive to create your vision. Therefore, your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. If there is a problem with your project, just let us know within 10 business days, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

Magical Memories Productions makes every effort to maintain the highest levels of quality in our work. We treat every order as if it were for our closest friends and family, and we want you to be happy with your project. On the rare chance that you discover a problem with your DVD (e.g., spelling error, photo out of order, etc.), we will work with you to correct the issue. Should you discover a problem such as this, please contact us immediately to get it resolved. We want to be sure that you are satisfied.

Damage Liability

Magical Memories Productions cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the transportation of your photos to us. For that reason, while it is not always possible, we suggest that you consider providing us with a duplicate copy of the photos rather than the original. Be sure to protect your photos with the proper packing materials. In addition, it is recommended that you ship your package to us using a reliable and reputable shipping service. We will do the same when sending the final product back to you. With all that said, we have never had any problems with damaged materials when reasonable care was used in packaging and shipping.

A Word About DVD Compatibility

If you are unfamiliar with DVD authoring, keep in mind that it can be a very sensitive process. The biggest problem being that the DVD itself (the media) can vary greatly from disc to disc. While they may all look the same, discs can be manufactured by any one of many different companies. Needless to say, quality control practices are not the same at all facilities. This is also true for "name brand" media. Even when purchasing the same brand from the same store, you never really know what's in the box you received without specialized "media code" applications that read the manufacturers code on the disc itself.

Lesser quality discs may simply not play, or play erratically. They are also compatible with far fewer home DVD players.

These issues are the same for all video production services.

With all of this in mind, Magical Memories Productions uses top quality DVD-R format media which is compatible with approximately 95% of DVD players manufactured within the past 3-5 years. We have done a lot of research as to which manufacturers provide the best quality and most compatible DVDs. Through the use of “media code” software, we check every batch of media we purchase to be certain of its origin. We also check the finished product on each and every one before shipping. Even with these controls in place, we cannot guarantee that your DVD player is capable of playing every disc.

Please be sure to consult your DVD player manual to determine if it supports DVD-R. If necessary, we can assist you in determining if your DVD player supports it - just ask us. You may also request a free demonstration DVD from us that will determine your player's capability to play our discs. Sorry,we are unable to issue refunds for incompatibility reasons.
